    The price inquiry is announced to all Buyers registered on the Website, as well as to all companies in our database, which are currently more than 150.

    The price survey is as follows:

    The property / felling area and your preferred (specified) price inquiry term from 5 (five) working days to 1 (one) calendar month are announced.

    At the end of the price inquiry, the Website System compiles the results and the highest price offer is passed to the Seller.

    Upon concluding the purchase agreement, the Seller gets a price inquiry protocol with summary of all offers.

    The protocol reflects all price offers from lowest to highest.

    The protocol do not reflect the identity of buyers and it is replaced by numbers in the ascending order.

  • Signing the contract

    The Agreement is concluded within the framework of the sample Agreement prepared by the organizer of the price inquiry, its content is an integral part of concluding the Agreement.

2. Logging plan

A plan is required to obtain a logging permit for certain types of logging. The plan of the logging area is created by inserting (marking) the area to be cut in nature and fixing the coordinates of all corners (breaking points), and then displaying them in the coordinate plane. The procedure for preparation of the plan and the requirements for the included information are described in Paragraph 70 of the Cabinet Regulation on logging of trees in the forest, Chapter XII. There is no specific person who is entitled to make the plan.

3. Tree felling assessment

In general, this document is called the felling assessment. It is a process where the diameter of each tree at a height of 1.3 m from the "root collar" is physically measured in nature. Each species are registered separately. By inserting this information into a computer program, calculations are performed and an accurate collection by species is obtained. Dosage varies by operator and may include different information, such as average diameter, average wood volume, distribution by material diameter, and so on. There is no specific person who can prepare this document, as it is only necessary for the forest owner to know the exact amount of the stock to be felled and to be able to receive adequate offers. It is not recommended to entrust this process to someone who is planning to buy this felling area from you!

4. Map of the plots

This map is part of the forest inventory. It cartographically depicts the property, the forest plots in it and their location. The plots are numbered according to the inventory.

SAMPLES OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR SELLING A FOREST PROPERTY

1. Current forest inventory printout

The forest owner or legal possessor has the right to receive forest inventory information about his or her property or possession from the State Forest Register once a year / free of charge. The current printout is an update of the data indicated in the forest inventory for the given year, the age of the plot and other characteristic indicators increase accordingly according to the calculation of the system of the State Forest Service (hereinafter - SFS) and the activities performed in the plots. It shall record all activities carried out in the plots, which have been reported to the SFS. It can be obtained in several ways:

1. www.latvija.lv users can use the electronic form to receive forest inventory data;
2. by sending a completed and electronically signed Application for receiving forest inventory data to the e-mail address of any forestry;
3. a completed and signed Application for the receipt of forest inventory data by post to the address of any forestry entity;
4. An application for the receipt of forest inventory data may also be submitted in person at any forestry establishment.

The SFS calls for the possibility to request information remotely and, given the epidemiological situation, to avoid on-site visits to forestry.

The land boundary plan is a plan prepared by a certified surveyor and approved by the State Land Service, which contains all the Cabinet Regulation no. 1019. the information referred to in Annex 14. The plan shows the layout scheme of the land unit and the list of adjacent land units.
